Recurring Payment Government Bids & RFPs

The bid notice states that RFQ submissions must be received by May 25, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. local time. For products, unless otherwise specified, delivery will be made not later than thirty 30 calendar days after receipt of the order.

The bid notice states that WCSD's payment terms are net 30 after receipt of the order by WCSD. Vendors shall invoice each WCSD school site on a monthly basis with net 30 payment terms.

Vendors personnel handling or transporting confidential materials shall undergo background checks (Exhibit D) and are to be trained in confidentiality and data protection procedures. Awarded vendors must also provide proof of required insurance certificates.

The bid notice states that failure for awarded vendors to deliver within the time specified may be grounds for considering the vendors as non responsive and/or nonresponsible. In addition, WCSD reserves the right to terminate the contract with any awarded vendors and reject future RFQ submissions for a period of up to twelve 12 months on the basis that the vendors is deemed to be nonresponsive and/or nonresponsible.

The bid notice states that WCSD reserves the right to witness onsite shredding/destruction services and the right to audit or inspect vendors shredding/destruction processes and compliance with security standards upon request.

All questions/inquiries regarding this RFQ are due no later than 4:30 p. m. local time on May 12, 2026.
