Bids are requested for mold remediation services at Brighton Reservation. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 30, 2026, at 1:30 PM ET at **** Red Barn Road, Okeechobee, Florida. The bid due date is August 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET. Submissions must be electronic via BidNet Direct. Contractors must be licensed and have at least two years of experience. The award will be based on lowest price among qualified bidders. Bidders may be required to undergo a vendor application and registration process.
All services must commence within 45 calendar days of purchase order receipt and be completed within 90 calendar days, or as otherwise determined by the tribe.
The tribe will evaluate submissions based on on-time and complete submission, license requirements, projected completion date, previous performance, statement of qualifications, current workload, and pricing versus the market. The award will be made to the lowest priced bidder meeting minimum requirements.
Bidders must be normally engaged in performing the type of work specified, have adequate resources, be an active registered vendor with the tribe, have an active mold service agreement with the tribe, be the prime contractor, hold a current certified license relevant to the services, have a minimum of two years of experience, and maintain adequate insurance.
