Silver Lake Dam Repairs repair the crack noted on the west side of the boat ramp, rip rap should be added on the east upstream slopes, the undermined sidewalk near the fence adjacent to the fish ladder should be remediated/backfilled, the undermined fence post at the southern end of the chain link fence adjacent to the fish ladder should be remediated, repair the cracks below water with pressure injected epoxy, field measure, cut and readjust rotated fence extension on all wing walls, and secure to prevent rotation, bolts should be checked, tightened, and replaced if missing on the railing system, there are three seeps on the east wing wall, under the fish ladder, repair the leaking joints, repair the broken weld at the third steel brace from the north, review and tighten all bolts, replace missing bolts and nuts with stainless steel hardware, repair the small indent on the west side of the walkway to avoid potential tripping hazard, repair the opening between the two trash rack panels, repair outlet works p
