The period of performance for the base year is from October 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027. Option periods extend performance up to January 31, 2031.

The government will award a single firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation will be based on Factor 1: Technical Capability Quality Control Plan (rated acceptable/unacceptable) and Factor 2: Price.
