Selection is based on factors including methodology, analytic rigor, benchmarking capabilities, and stakeholder approach, relevant academic medicine organizational redesign experience, quality, seniority, and availability of the proposed team members, and overall value and pricing.

Respondents must demonstrate significant experience with organizational design, operatingmodel design, spanslayers, service delivery models, and largescale organizational transformation and direct experience with academic medical centers, schools of medicine, research universities, faculty practice environments, andor complex health systems.

The core on site Gettysburg program shall be delivered within one 1 month of award, on dates mutually agreed between the government and contractor.

The contractor shall provide qualified facilitators and historians with demonstrated experience in: conducting military or corporate staff rides or equivalent battlefield based leadership programs.

The field study phase on site Gettysburg experience facilitate a guided battlefield experience over one to two days, visiting selected sites in logical sequence to examine leadership decisions, options considered, and outcomes.
