This is a sources sought posting for market research purposes, and no award will be made from this solicitation. The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a contract for the provision of barbed tape to be installed at FCI Loretta, Pennsylvania. Interested parties are encouraged to return a completed market research questionnaire. The statement of work (SOW) and market research questionnaire (MRQ) are attached. Contractors will submit monthly invoices to the FCI Pekin accounting office for payment. Each invoice must include copies of individual weight tickets associated with each pickup as supporting documentation. Invoices should be submitted to the following address: FCI Loretta Financial Management, P. O. Box ****, Cresson, PA 16630. The invoice must include the billing address, remit to address, invoice date and number, contract number, individual breakdown of items invoiced, and a total dollar amount of the invoice.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase and installation of multiple components on a 2024 Ram **** acquisition procedures will be used. Quotes are requested via email or fax. The repair facility must be within 50 miles of Fort Collins, CO 80525. The quote must be itemized and detailed with individual and total parts prices, labor time, and all paint labor if applicable. The quote must include all fees, including shipping or freight costs and provide the estimated ETA, number of days delivery can be expected after receipt of purchase order. The vehicle may be inspected in Fort Collins, CO **** shall be completed no later than 120 days after receipt of order. The government will evaluate quotes based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) process. Offerors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management). Quotes shall be valid for a minimum of 30 calendar days after submission. All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All items shall include standard warranty. Repairs will be completed in accordance with industry standards. Vendors shall be following all EPA and OSHA standards and requirements. SDS and any other required documents must be on site. Vendors must be properly insured to cover any losses for GSA vehicles that are in their shop. Valid business licenses are required in accordance with state and local guidelines.
