The purpose of this work is to support planned site development, ensure environmental and structural safety, and maintain compliance with applicable state and local regulations. All tree removal and clearing activities will be conducted in a controlled, responsible manner that prioritizes worker safety, minimizes disruption to surrounding areas, and protects adjacent natural resources. Prior to the start of work, the project area will be reviewed to confirm tree markings, verify protection zones, and identify any environmentally sensitive areas requiring avoidance or mitigation. Only the trees and vegetation explicitly approved for removal will be cleared. All debris will be handled, transported, and disposed of in accordance with regulatory requirements and established project procedures.
