The state of Louisiana has the right to terminate the contract for various reasons, including misrepresentation, fraud, or breach of contract. Failure to deliver within the time specified or to provide services as specified will constitute a default. All contracts shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Louisiana.

The provider will be responsible for preparing and serving meals, and developing a culinary arts training program for residents.
