The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking vendors for the purchase of custom ingaas photodiodes. The vendor must deliver 24 **** and 44 **** photodiodes. Delivery must be FOB destination, and the contractor is responsible for packing, marking, and delivery to the specified point. NIST will inspect the dimensions of the photodiodes and carriers upon receipt. Performance tests, including spectral responsivity and external quantum efficiency measurements, may be conducted. The government reserves the right to require repair or replacement of damaged or nonconforming supplies. Payment is in arrears, net 30 days after acceptance of a proper invoice. Partial shipments and invoices are not accepted unless otherwise agreed upon.
