The contractor further agrees, upon written notice from the authority, to promptly and without charge, make changes, corrections andor replacement, to the satisfaction of the authority, which may be required to make good all defects in design and material under its intended use, for a period of three 3 years, with the three 3 year period commencing on the date of acceptance by the authority.
