All systems shall be installed per Kentucky Building Code with Current Revisions, Americans with Disabilities Act, International Building Code, and National Electrical Code. A 48 hour notification is required for any outage of the Electrical or Mechanical Systems.

The City of Hendersonville Parks Department is seeking bids for FY26 Christmas lighting at Memorial Park. Bidders must submit proposals by September 5, 2025, at 1:30 PM in the Parks Conference Room 3. The contract will cover the installation, maintenance, and removal of lights and decorations for the 2025 and 2026 Christmas seasons. A walkthrough with the Parks Director and Maintenance Superintendent is required for bidders who haven't previously worked on this project. The city will be responsible for trimming the holly trees prior to installation. Lights must be commercial grade LED, tested to exceed 75,000 burn hours, and covered by a warranty of at least 5 seasons. The contractor will provide a cost for all services for 2025 and 2026, with a maximum increase of 4. 5% per year. Payment terms are net 30 after installation and tear-down.
