Bidders must submit proposals for the agricultural science greenhouse installation by 1:00 PM Eastern Time on May 19, 2025. Proposals must include a lump sum bid, a breakdown of costs, delivery and installation details, and warranty information. Bidders must visit the site and verify project aspects before submitting proposals. The successful bidder will be responsible for all materials, labor, shipping, storage, and sitework. The proposal must include plan and elevation drawings, and warranty information. The contract will be effective on or about June 11, 2025, and will be completed by August 15, 2025. Proposals will be evaluated based on pricing, specifications, and other pertinent information. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.

This solicitation for the maintenance of office buildings is not yet issued. The government plans to issue it in May 2025 on SAM. gov. The contract will cover the supply and installation of VAV terminal boxes, thermostats, return grills, and system testing and balancing. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel. The anticipated performance period is 120 calendar days after the notice to proceed. A site visit will be scheduled. The government will award the contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable responsible contractor. The contract will be a firm fixed price type. All contractors must possess all permits and licenses required to do business in Spain and be registered in the SAM system prior to contract award. The work of the Project involves removal of the existing pneumatic BMS system and above ceiling VAV units. Upgraded system components include BMS front- end, DDC controls, terminal units, DOS thermostats and all associated wiring, hardware, raceways, and programs for a fully operational building automation system. All work of the Project must be performed in accordance with the ICRA guidelines established by CHS. Work must be coordinated with CSH and performed within the work periods established by CHS.
