The repair turnaround time (RTAT) requested is 325 days after receipt of asset. The resultant contractual delivery requirement is measured from asset return to the date of asset acceptance under the terms of the contract.

The ultimate awardee of the proposed contract action must be an authorized repair source. Offerors consideration for award of contract shall be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturers item represented in this solicitation.

Any asset for which the contractor does not meet the required RTAT will incur a price reduction per unit per month the contractor is late, unless the delay is excusable. if the contractor does not meet the required rtat due to inexcusable contractor delay, the contracting officer will implement the aforementioned price reduction via a reconciliation modification at the end of the contract performance.

Failure to meet the required RTAT due to inexcusable contractor delay may result in price reductions and does not limit other remedies available to the government, including termination for default. price reductions made pursuant to this section shall not limit other remedies available to the government for failure to meet required rtats, including but not limited to the governments right to terminate for default.

Any order resulting from this request for quotation will require electronic submittal of invoice and receiving report combo through PIEE WAWF.

If you desire to be considered as a potential source for award of this contract, proof of being an authorized distributor shall be provided on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official and sent with your offer to the procurement contracting officer.

If nothing is indicated or received, award will be based upon solicitation requirements. Changes or requests for changes after award will have consideration costs deducted on modifications.

The solicitation is extended and will end on 5 JUN 2026.
