If services performed or goods delivered are not in conformity with contract requirements, the FDIC has the right to require the contractor to reperform services or redeliver goods at no additional cost, or reduce the contract price. Failure to comply may result in termination for default.

All goods and services shall be subject to inspection and test by the FDIC oversight manager at all times and places during the term of the award. The FDIC shall have 15 business days from the date of contractor's delivery to determine compliance.

Quotes that do not include all required components (price schedule, Section K, SCRM information, proof of SAM. gov registration, proof of Dell EMC partnership, EULAs/MSAs/warranty terms) will not be considered for award. Failure to maintain current information in the SAM database can lead to invoice payment delays or rejection.

Delivery is requested by July 31, 2026 for both lots.

Payment will be processed through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Invoicing issues can be directed to the Comptroller at **** or paxracctinternalentitlements@navy. mil.

A one-year depot warranty is included for both the 3u rack mount industrial PC and the 1u rack mount server.

Award will be made on an all or none basis to the offer that is TAA compliant, brand new, exact to specifications, and represents the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

The contractor warrants that all services performed will be free from defects in workmanship and conform to contract requirements at the time of acceptance. The contracting officer shall give written notice of any defect or nonconformance within 120 days after POP.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factors are technical capability, experience, past performance, and price. Technical capability, experience, and past performance, when combined, are significantly more important than price.

Offerors must maintain an active federal government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide required identifying information, including a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.

Contractors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed. Site visits/ship checks should be scheduled and completed no later than March 10, 2026.

The last day for questions regarding this solicitation is March 12, 2026.

Failure to furnish a certification or provide additional information as requested by the contracting officer may render the offeror nonresponsible. Knowingly rendering an erroneous certification may result in contract termination for default.
