Organizations responding to this RFI should provide the company's capabilities to perform this requirement, including company name, address, size standard, UEI, CAGE code, and capabilities statement.

The closing date for proposals is on or about 7/10/2026.

The base contract period is from 06/24/2026 to 06/23/2027, with four option years available.

Award will be made to the response most advantageous to the government, with technical and past performance being more important than price.

Offerors must have a field service representative located within 200 miles of the campuses and be trained by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) on the specific equipment models.

The vendor shall schedule all site visits, including emergencies, with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

Offerors must qualify as small business concerns at the time of quote submission and award. Failure to register in SAM may result in ineligibility for a government contract.

The delivery deadline for all items is ASAP by 08/07/2026.

Payment will be made upon delivery and government acceptance. The government will make payment in accordance with the prompt payment act 31 ****.

The conveyor oven has a 1-year standard warranty per oven. The pizza preparation refrigerator has a 7-year compressor warranty, 7 years parts warranty, and 7-year labor warranty.

The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation will be lowest price technically acceptable.

All vendors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and in the Small Business Administration (SBA) small business search.
