The closing date for proposals has been changed to October 24, 2025. The award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance. All contractual documents are considered issued when copies are deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent electronically. The government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes a bilateral agreement. If the requirement is packaged at a different location, the offeror must provide the name, street address, and cage code of the facility. The contract will be certified for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). The vendor must provide a firm fixed price quote for the full repair effort within 90 days of receipt of the carcasses. The quote must include the cost of new parts for evaluation purposes and specify any exceptions, including packaging, labeling,
inspection locations, and surplus materials. The repair price must include all costs associated with receipt and repair of materials in various conditions. The contractor must obtain final
inspection and acceptance by the government within the established turnaround time (RTAT). Quotes must reference the proposed RTAT and any capacity constraints. The contract purchase order contains requirements for repair and contract quality requirements for the drawer, electrical e. Applicable documents, including document references, are listed. The repaired items must meet operational and functional requirements. The material supplied must be mercury-free. The contractor is responsible for all
inspection requirements unless otherwise specified. The government reserves the right to perform any
inspections deemed necessary. Records of all
inspection work must be kept complete and available to the government for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Preservation, packaging, packing, and marking shall be in accordance with the contract purchase order schedule and as specified. Mil Std **** packaging applies. Commercial specifications, standards, and descriptions are not available from government sources. Ordnance standards, weapons specifications, and Navord OSTD 600 pages may be obtained by submitting a request. On post-award actions, requests for official use only and noforn documents must identify the government contract number and be submitted via the cognizant Defense Contract Management Command (DCMC). On pre-award actions, requests must be submitted to the procuring contracting officer. Noforn military specifications and standards, including amendments, change notices, and supplements, can be ordered from the contracting officer.
