Proposals shall be evaluated using a rubric weighted on technical compliance, functionality (30%), experience and references (10%), warranty service lifecycle support (20%), schedule implementation approach (20%), and price total cost of ownership (20%).

Proposers must demonstrate experience designing and installing dispatch furniture in 24/7 public safety emergency communications centers with a minimum of 5 comparable references.

The vendor shall participate in a site visit, as scheduled and coordinated with construction manager and agency, when appropriate to confirm and discuss dimensions, flooring, access, electrical data, hvac, etc.

The deadline for questions is September 10, 2026.

Any deviations of minimum requirements may result in failure of rfp compliance, determined solely by the agency without refute.

Award will be made to the responsive and responsible proposer whose proposal provides the best overall value to the city, considering price and all other stated evaluation factors.
