The bid submission deadline is April 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The contract term is from execution until December 31, 2026, with potential for two one-year renewals.

Failure to meet response time obligations will subject the contractor to penalties of $500 per business day for noncompliance. Failure to employ a minimum of two competent workers on site daily may result in a penalty of $200 per business day.
