This is a sources sought announcement for market research, not a solicitation. Responses must be submitted in writing by 10:00 AM CST, Thursday, July 31, 2025. The announcement seeks information on potential qualified businesses capable of providing gynecologic surgical instruments and sterilization accessories. A statement of work is attached. Delivery will be coordinated with biomedical engineering. Normal hours of coverage are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Central Standard Time, excluding national holidays. The agency seeks information on capabilities and qualifications of firms to provide a domestically produced brand name or equal autocut microtome. Interested firms must be registered in the SAM system for award management. The vendor must provide the procurement package to the VA HCS dental service building 28 within 60 days of procurement.
