The South Carolina Governors School for Science and Mathematics (GSSM) intends to award a sole-source contract to Hartsville Family YMCA for health, athletic, and fitness workout services for the **** academic year. The services will support up to 288 minor students and include a swimming pool, weight stations, and training monitoring of workout areas. Students are required to complete physical activity per week and train for sport team participation.

Quotes are requested for Exercises integration services. A written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are due no later than July 23, 2025 at 12:00 local time. The quote must be submitted electronically to the contract specialist. The quote must be formatted as stated in the solicitation. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
