Vendors are invited to submit proposals for full-service holiday decor design, installation, maintenance, and removal for the Eastvale Community Center. The maximum all-inclusive budget is $30,000. Installation must occur between November 27 and November 30, 2026, and removal between January 2, 2027, and January 4, 2027. Proposals are due by August 25, 2026, at 12:00 pm. The district may conduct site visits or tours of the candidates' places of business during the evaluation period. during the evaluation period, the district may do any or all of the following: generate a short list and conduct interviews with the top candidates conductonsite visits and/or tours of the candidates places of business conduct negotiations with the most qualified candidates.
