This RFP seeks proposals for onsite health/medical clinic services, including telehealth, for New Mexico state employees and their dependents. The most advantageous proposal will be selected, considering evaluation factors. The most advantageous proposal may or may not have received the most points.
Offerors must demonstrate organizational experience, financial stability, and meet mandatory specifications. The evaluation committee may make such investigations as necessary to determine the ability of the potential offeror to adhere to the requirements specified within this rfp.

A virtual site visit is optional and encouraged for a clear understanding of the clinic layout. Attendance at the virtual site visit is optional however, offerors are strongly encouraged to participate to gain a clear understanding of the clinic layout.

Failure to submit a complete and timely proposal, or failure to adhere to specific submission requirements, may result in disqualification. any proposal that does not adhere to the requirements of this section and section iii. c. 1 proposal content and organization may be deemed nonresponsive and rejected on that basis.
