Lawn Maintenance Bid Packet - 2026
lawn maintenance service bids mowing all grass, weed eating, trash/litter/debris pick up prior to mowing, blowing all hardscapes, weed control in beds, fire ant mound treatments, insect/disease monitoring, edging all curb lines and hard lines along sidewalks, shrub pruning, trimming of tree limbs to prevent low branches from hitting cars, winter corrective pruning/cut backs, tree/shrub fertilization, grass/lawn program 6 rounds per year, including 2 pre- emergent herbicides, grass in the general lawn area shall be aerated and over seeded with a turf type bermuda in the months of april or may, bare spots shall be hydro seeded with a turf type bermuda grass to have all areas showing an even coverage of grass, grass/lawn aeration using core aerator, 3 pine straw applications as needed, extra work at phs prior to the beginning of school in august, graduation in may and one other time as needed per the maintenance department including weed eating banks and areas around the school, parking areas and between
