Proposals are requested for financial audit services for the City of Green Bay, Green Bay Metro Transit, and Green Bay Water Utility. The due date for proposals is October 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM CST. The bidder must enter their Texas Identification Number System (TINS) number, full firm name, and address on the form. The bid prices must be firm for 30 days from the bid opening date. Purchases made for state use are exempt from state sales tax and federal excise tax. The state reserves the right to make an award on the basis of low line item bid, low total of line items, or in any other combination that will serve the best interest of the state and to reject any and all bid items at the sole discretion of the state. Inquiries pertaining to this IFB must include the requisition number, class item codes, and opening date. All goods will be subject to inspection and test by the state. Manufacturers standard warranty shall apply unless otherwise stated in the IFB. Bidder shall submit 2 copies of an itemized invoice showing state order number and agency requisition number on all copies. Payment shall be made in accordance with chapter ****, govt code. Bidder agrees to defend and indemnify the PUC and state from claims involving infringement or violation of patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights. Bidders must have a Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN). Bidders must comply with all rules, regulations, and statutes relating to purchasing in the state of Texas.
