Areas B C require new induction welded TPO roof membrane over existing EPS insulation and replacement of base flashing. Existing ballast rock shall be reused in these areas. Work also includes removal and replacement of all metal cap flashings, modifications to drainage scuppers modifications to the existing MEP equipment located atop Area A in accordance with the attached construction drawings and specifications.
