Woodbury Library Roofing Project remove the existing roofing, underlayment, and metal edging. identify and replace any rotted decking and provide a replacement cost per sheet. remove all project debris and leftover material from job site. install ice and water shield from the lowest edges of all roof eaves and rake surfaces to a point not less than 24 inches inside the exterior wall line of the building. all valleys should be covered at a minium of 3. tape all seams of plywood per building code. cover the balance of the roof in a synthetic underlayment. install white aluminum cap at rake edges and eave edges. install 50year architectural gaf shingles approximately 6, 150 square feet. color should match to exiting roof shingles. nailing pattern of shingles shall meet ct wind code 6 nails per shingle. install all necessary flashing at existing roof penetrations. install new roof boots on all applicable roof penetrations. reinstall gutters existing gutters are staying on building. provide town with minimum 5year
