On this line, Bidders must enter $ 0. 00 for Contract Amount in the e- procurement system. Actual Contract Amount must be entered on " Official Bid Document" and submitted as an attachment in the e- procurement system. Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** The project consists of selective roof overlay and full roof replacement areas. All areas will receive a cold- applied 2- ply modified bitumen membrane over 1/2" cover board. Replacement areas shall be removed to the existing roof deck and reconstructed with various substrate assemblies, including combinations of rigid insulation, tapered insulation, and cover board. Tapered insulation shall be provided as required for positive drainage, including crickets and saddles. Existing aluminum coping caps shall remain in designated areas, while new pre- finished metal coping caps shall be installed in others. New stainless steel expansion joint flashings shall be installed at existing locations.

Scope of work includes: - Removal of existing TPO membrane and installation of new insulation, cover board, and two- ply modified bitumen membrane and flashings for low slope roof areas. - Removal of existing roof assembly to the roof deck for one low slope roof area and installation of tapered insulation, gypsum cover board, and two- ply modified bitumen membrane and flashings. - Removal of existing TPO membrane and installation of new cover board and two- ply modified bitumen membrane and flashings for another low slope roof area. - Removal and replacement of all gutters and downspouts attached to low slope roofs, including splash pans. - For metal roofs: removal and replacement of boots and boot covers on vent stacks, replacement of existing fasteners with new ones, and cleaning and repair of existing gutters and downspouts. - Pressure washing of concrete columns and concrete wall face at the front entry. - EIFS repairs including cutti
