Sources Sought Waste and Recycling Removal The comprehensive waste services shall not only include the collection, recycling and disposal of the waste, but also the training and support required to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor must have relevant experience in providing comprehensive waste management services. Solid waste and recycling removal are required at the following sites: VA Maine Healthcare System, Augusta, Maine, VA White River Junction VA Medical Center, Bedford VA, VA Boston Healthcare System, VA Brockton Campus, VA West Roxbury Campus, Manchester VA Medical Center, VA Portsmouth CBOC, VA Tilton CBOC, VA Conway CBOC, VA Somersworth CBOC, VA Central Western Massachusetts, VA Providence Medical Center, VA Connecticut Healthcare System.
