Sealed bids are due by 1:30 PM on August 17, 2026, for the one-time purchase of approximately 28 scrim reinforced polyethylene geomembranes (100 ft x 200 ft each). Bids must be mailed or hand-delivered to the Department of Public Works. Faxed and emailed bids will not be accepted. Availability date of material will be a consideration. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids and award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Freight costs must be included in the unit price. Payment will be made after receipt of invoices and acceptance of materials. The vendor warrants materials are free from defects for 90 days or longer manufacturer's warranty.
