San Bernardino County Fleet Management is inviting bids for tire supplies for a three-year term starting 08/24/2026. Bids must be submitted electronically via epro. sbcounty. gov by 08/20/2026 at 3pm. Payment terms are net 60 days after acceptance. Local vendor preference of 5% is applied in cost evaluation. All items are subject to final inspection.
Delivery shall be fob county's place of delivery within **** hours after receipt of county's purchase order.
Payment shall be net 60 days from receipt and approval of invoice unless otherwise stated.
Contractor agrees that the equipment or supplies to be furnished shall be covered by the most favorable commercial warranties the contractor gives to any customer for the same or substantially similar equipment or supplies.
Award will be made by the fleet management department to the responsive, responsible bidders providing the best values.
Bidder must certify that neither it nor any of its officers are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from covered transactions by any state or federal department or agency.
The county may, by written notice of default to the contractor, terminate any resulting order in whole or in part should the contractor fail to make satisfactory progress, fail to deliver within time specified therein or fail to deliver in strict conformance to specifications and requirements set forth therein.
Samples of items, when required, must be furnished free of expense to the county, and if not destroyed by tests will, upon request, be returned at the bidders expense.
A protest must be submitted in writing within ten 10 calendar days of the issuance date of a notice of intent to award.
The county reserves the right to disqualify bidder based upon information disclosed.
