The government will consider price, repair turnaround time, and past performance. The government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible quoter whose quote is technically acceptable and which is determined most advantageous to the government, considering the following evaluation factors, listed in descending order of importance: 1. price: price will be evaluated on a unit price basis. 2. repair turnaround time rtat and throughput constraint: rtat will beevaluated based on number of days to repair an asset, with consideration ofthroughput constraint. 3. past performance: past performance will be evaluated using the supplier performance risk system sprs, as well as any other information available to the contracting officer.

This requirement can only be repaired from original equipment manufacturer oem, aircraft prime, or suppliers who provide federal aviation administration faa certified repaired parts which possess an faa authorized release certificate, faa form **** 3 airworthy approval tag from certified repair stations pursuant to 14 cfr part 145.

If the contractor does not meet the applicable rtat requirement, consideration will be assessed and subject to negotiation.
