For all items which are normally stocked by the contractor, delivery shall be made within two (2) days of receipt of order. Shipment of emergency items shall be made immediately upon request.

Payment will be based on any invoice used in the contractor's normal course of business, provided it contains accurate item description, catalog number, quantity, unit price, net total cost, city contract number, city purchase order number, date of delivery, and location of delivery.

The contractor shall unconditionally guarantee the materials and workmanship of all products furnished and/or services provided for a period of at least one (1) year from date of acceptance.

Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid is the lowest best value offer to the City by total bid price, with a potential 5% price advantage for MWBE businesses.

The city may consider the bidder's adequate facility, qualified personnel, and previous performance. The city may inspect the bidder's facility and require additional information.

Samples submitted by bidders on items for which they have received an award may be retained by the city until delivery is completed and accepted. Bidders who are not awarded a bid must remove their samples as soon as possible after award.

Equipment needs to be delivered to Building 72 Minnehaha Ave, Minneapolis MN **** on November 1st and picked up on April 30th each year.

Contractor will submit invoices monthly for each month the loader is in use. Payment of invoices will not commence until after the delivery of the equipment and after the VA receives the monthly invoice.

If the equipment becomes nonoperational or unsafe, the contractor must repair it within 24 hours of notification. If it cannot be repaired, it must be replaced with equal equipment.

Failure to demonstrate the capability of providing the requirement in response to this market survey may affect the government's review of the industry's ability to perform.
