The performance period for the project will be 336 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed.

Payment will be processed via electronic funds transfer (EFT) in accordance with **** Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer System for Award Management.

Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered in www. ***. *. * order to qualify for award, your business size metrics information entered in your www. ***. *. * SAM registration must be less than or equal to the size standard specified above. Each offeror's www. ***. *. * registration will be reviewed by the government.

A site visit will be held at FCI Englewood to allow interested vendors the opportunity to examine existing conditions and the work area. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory. Vendors wishing to attend must submit NCIC background check forms for all proposed attendees by the deadline stated in the solicitation.

The bid notice states that vendors interested in responding shall provide a one to two page overview statement addressing their brief statement of interest and capabilities, and any other information at vendor discretion such as catalogs, drawings illustrations, technical manuals, training description material, pricing, testing documentation, brochures, and or any other documentation that describes the capabilities, interfaces, and specifications. The capability statement package shall be sent via email to ***@***. *. * must be received no later than 5:00 p. m. eastern standard time on 04 June 2026. All responses shall include company name, company address, company cage code, company business size, and point of contact poc including name, phone number, and email address.

The bid notice states that capabilities packages must be submitted via email no later than 5:00 PM, Eastern Time, May 31, 2026.

Interested vendors should respond to this source sought with a capabilities statement outlining recent relevant experience and how they are able to meet the intent of this requirement. The government is using this market research to determine availability of sources, so please be sure to include name of business, government points of contact, unique entity id uei, cage code as applicable, business size type socioeconomic status as represented registered in the system for award management sam, and if applicable gsa schedule contract number.

If information or capabilities packages are not received from atleast two capable small business concerns by the response date or if the government determines that no small businesses are capable of performing this requirement based upon an evaluation of the capabilities packages and information submitted this requirement may be solicited under unrestricted full and open procedures.
