The basis of payment and reimbursement of costs is set forth in exhibit a price schedule. The GLO/VLB's acceptance of deliverables specified in the contract is a condition of payment. The GLO/VLB cannot provide advanced payment for any portion of the contract amount. The GLO/VLB will only approve payment after the goods and services are received and accepted.
Manufacturers standard warranty shall apply unless otherwise stated in the IFB.
The state reserves the right to make an award on the basis of low line item bid, low total of line items, or in any other combination that will serve the best interest of the state and to reject any and all bid items at the sole discretion of the state.
