Submittals for the SF 330 are due no later than 10:00 AM Central Standard Time on August 11, 2026.

Selection criteria include specialized experience and technical competence, professional qualifications, past performance, knowledge of local conditions, and capacity. Secondary criteria for tie-breaking are small business participation commitment, geographic proximity, and volume of Department of War AE contract awards.

Firms must demonstrate professional qualifications in key disciplines including project manager, architect, structural engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, and others. Qualifications, education, professional registration, certifications, and experience will be considered.

The total ordering limitation under the SATOC is ninety million ($90,000,000) dollars.

The period of performance includes a base period from 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2027, followed by four option years.

Invoices shall be submitted monthly. Payment will be made by the government in accordance with the prompt payment act and regulations at 5 CFR part ****.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

Contractor employees must hold a valid U. S. driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience, be U. S. citizens, fluent in English, and have at least six months of patient assisted parking services experience in a healthcare setting.

In the event of the contractor's or a subcontractor's noncompliance with clause ****, this contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part, and the contractor or subcontractor may be declared ineligible for further government contracts.

The contractor must comply with all facility rules, regulations, policies, and directives. Violations of VA regulations may result in citations issued through the United States Federal District Court.

Minimum qualifications include the ability to conduct business in the City, not having been debarred, and relevant experience in naval architecture and marine engineering projects.
