MDHA is seeking proposals for a cloud-based SaaS HRIS/HCM solution. The contract term is anticipated to be 5 years with options to renew for an additional 5 years. Key functionalities include recruiting, onboarding, core HR, benefits administration, payroll, time and attendance, learning management, performance and talent management, and reporting/analytics. The solution must integrate with MDHA's existing Yardi-based accounting system. Proposals are due August 6, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated on a 100-point scale based on functional fit, integration capability, implementation plan, security, support model, experience, and total cost of ownership. Proposals will be evaluated by an evaluation committee facilitated by MDHA. The committee shall evaluate and score the proposals based on the matrix in this section.
