The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking offers for preventative and routine maintenance services for reusable medical devices and general surgical instruments at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Fort Wayne Campus. The services include inspection, sharpening, adjustment, calibration, cleaning, and parts replacement in accordance with manufacturer specifications and ANSI/AAMI ST79 Part 7. 7. The contractor shall provide a schedule for two site visits per month, with work performed onsite using a mobile workstation.
