The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requires wall-mounted medication cabinets with keyless electronic locks and a keyed override feature for VA Augusta Health Care System. Delivery is to Augusta, GA. Offers must include technical drawings, product isometrics, shop drawings, manufacturer cut sheets, and a self-certifying statement of ability to meet deadlines. Pricing should include separate line items for labor/installation. Vendors offering American-made products will be given preference if technically acceptable and price is fair and reasonable. Questions are due 2 days before RFQ closing. Delivery hours are 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Delivery must be coordinated through the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Delivery hours are standard business hours, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, excluding US holidays. The delivery address is VA Augusta Health Care System, One Freedom Way, Augusta, GA **** shall notify the VA COR at least 14 days prior to manufacturing completion and ship date.
Payment will be made by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or third party. Invoices are submitted after delivery and invoice approval. Payment terms are Net 30.
The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.
This order will be evaluated on: Product specs in 10. 0, Bill of materials with subtotals, Cut sheets with product details including dimensions and images for each line item to help identify special features highlighted in specifications below, and Sustainability certification.
To be considered for award, offerors must meet or exceed specifications. The winning bidder shall provide and be responsible for the technical assistance, design, development and generation for final specifications of all products associated with this request as stated in section 10. 0 Product Specifications.
When required by the solicitation, product samples shall be submitted at or prior to the time specified for receipt of offers.
Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
