The performance period for the BPA is one base year with four option periods, or when the BPA ceiling is reached and warranty timeframes are complete, whichever occurs first. Specific delivery dates will be coordinated with the COR and tribal entity POC.

A site visit is recommended to ensure compatibility with existing facilities. The contractor is responsible for verifying dimensions and utility locations at the installation site and reporting discrepancies before installation.

Failure of descriptive literature to show product conformance to requirements will require rejection of the response. Offers that fail to clearly establish the item(s) offered will be considered nonresponsive.

The vendor shall begin delivery of the carts and accessories to the Wilkes Barre VA Medical Center within 90 days after receipt of award (ARO). Delivery will be required during the medical center's normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, excepting federal holidays. The medication carts require a 3-year standard warranty with an option to expand to 5 years. Vendor shall be an authorized distributor or manufacturer for the brand of equipment they are proposing. All parts and materials shall be medical grade, manufacturer's recommended and approved for use in a hospital patient care area.
