Delivery is expected within 90 calendar days from the date of award.

All items must include a manufacturer's warranty and be stated in their quote.

Award shall be based on all or none and best value to the government. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror. Offerors are to fill out their quote and delivery information on ****, attach any supporting technical documentation. Incomplete offers will not be considered.

If reselling equipment from another vendor, the quoter must provide validation that they are an authorized reseller. If it is determined that the quoter is not an authorized reseller of equipment they are quoting, the quotation may be summarily rejected.

Warranty: 1 year for parts and labor except for misuse, willful damages and wearandtear parts, includes onsite service, available support during regular business hours ingermany and parts support throughout lifetime of equipment.

Delivery is required on or before May 31, 2027.

Payment will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Transaction fees may apply.

A standard one (1) year commercial warranty for the equipment, including all parts and labor, is required, beginning upon final acceptance by the government.

The government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factors are technical capability of the products or services offered to meet the agency's needs and price (lowest price).

The equipment shall be one of the manufacturers current production models. The contractor shall have a local Japanese dealer network that provides maintenance services and repair parts.

The government representative will have the option to attend and witness the operational test prior to delivery.

The solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan. Prime contractors outside of Japan must submit documentation that unambiguously demonstrates compliance.

The contractor shall use the following information when submitting payment requests and receiving reports in WAWF for this contract or task or delivery order: 1 Document type. The contractor shall submit payment requests using the following document types: i for cost-type line items, including labor hour or time-and-materials, submit a cost voucher. ii for fixed price line items a that require shipment of a deliverable, submit the invoice and receiving report specified by the contracting officer. b for services that do not require shipment of a deliverable, submit either the invoice 2in1, which meets the requirements for the invoice and receiving report, or the applicable invoice and receiving report, as specified by the contracting officer. iii for customary progress payments based on costs incurred, submit a progress payment request. iv for performance-based payments, submit a performance-based payment request. v for commercial financing, submit a commercial financing request. The WAWF system provides the method to electronically process vendor payment requests and receiving reports, as authorized by Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DFARS ****, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports.
