The Department of State is seeking to establish a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and maintenance support. The agency conducted market research (RFI) and determined that GCP is the only supplier capable of meeting their requirements. The contract will be awarded under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program. The contracting officer will evaluate and determine that the price is fair and reasonable. The justification and approval will be posted, and any responses will be annotated and considered for future procurements.

This RFI seeks industry feedback on a Zero Trust Application Runtime Protection (ZARP) solution. Interested vendors must submit a 10-page response detailing a solution that meets or exceeds the government's requirements, including proposed contract type, schedule, pricing structure, deliverables, feasibility, performance requirements, part numbers, and any other industry concerns.
