Contractor to provide an unconditional guarantee against defect of all workmanship, all equipment, and material for a period of one year from date of acceptance by the county.

The county expectation is that the vendor will hold appropriate licenses/certifications for trade. The awarded contractor to provide a timeline from awarding of the bid to completion of installation of the building.

The contractor will forfeit a penalty to the contracting public body of $100 per day or portion of a day for each worker that is paid less than the prevailing rate. All repairs and modernizations will be completed by April 30, 2026. All operational testing will be completed by May 1, 2026.

Payment will be made by Defense Finance and Accounting Service. Invoices should be submitted to the address shown in block 18a. Net 30 is indicated for discount terms.

The total award amount is $166,****.

All work must be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of the contract award.

All workmanship and materials shall be warranted for a minimum of one year from the date of acceptance.

The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) and most advantageous to the government.

Contractor shall ensure that all work is performed by skilled tradespersons who are fully qualified, licensed, and experienced in their respective fields.

Failure by the contractor to conduct a site visit prior to submitting a proposal does not relieve the contractor of responsibility for properly estimating the difficulty or cost of successfully performing this work.

The award shall be given to the responsive and responsible respondent whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the university of Arizona, taking into consideration the following evaluation criteria: Respondents qualifications, abilities and reputation (20), Respondents quality of proposed services (20), Client relationship management (20), and Proposal cost (40).

Respondents must demonstrate their qualifications, abilities, and reputation, including past performance and references. The university may request information to evaluate the respondent's capacities.

Failure to follow instructions, submit required documentation, provide false statements, or engage in collusion may result in disqualification.
