This RFI seeks information from businesses on innovative solutions for improving the FBI's background investigation and adjudication services. Interested parties must submit their capability packages electronically in Microsoft Word or PDF format, no more than 15 pages, by 5:00 PM ET on August 14, 2025. Responses must be unclassified. The FBI is not obligated to award a contract as a result of this RFI. The cost of responding is the responsibility of the submitting organization.

The United States Department of Treasury is seeking quotes for AI-powered coding assistant tools and AI-based chat tools. The due date for quotes has been extended to 10:00 AM on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Attachment 1 (Statement of Work) and Attachment 2 (Price Matrix) have been revised. All questions from the Q&A period have been answered. Pricing will be evaluated based on the information provided in the completed Attachment 2 Price Matrix Template and the accompanying price narrative. Vendors must submit pricing for at least one tool. A suite of tools is considered one distinct tool, and each tool must be listed as a separate line item. The government will evaluate each timely and compliant quote against the criteria defined in the RFQ. Only specific tools that receive an acceptable rating for all evaluation thresholds will be eligible for award. Each tool will be evaluated independently. The government reserves the right to eliminate any proposed tool from further consideration if its pricing is found to be unreasonable. To be eligible for award consideration, the AI suite of tools must include at least one of the following core capabilities: an AI-powered coding assistant tool, an AI-powered chat function, or a combination of both.

This is a sources sought announcement, not a request for proposals, to identify potential vendors for computer programming support for high-speed, high-volume cell imaging. The period of performance is 6 months from the date of award. The primary place of performance is the NIST campus in Gaithersburg, MD. Offsite telework is allowed twice per week. The contractor must meet specific qualifications, including experience with Linux, Windows, macOS, Python, JSON, schema development, Docker, signal and image processing, and NoSQL databases. Deliverables for each task must be submitted for review by the NIST research team SME. The contractor must provide monthly progress reports. The government will furnish the contractor with an office, desk, chair, computer, monitor, and an office telephone. NIST will not pay for Wi-Fi or mobile phone charges. The contractor must comply with all NIST safety regulations and obtain a personal identity verification (PIV) badge. The contractor shall not respond to media inquiries without prior approval.

The US government agency, Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division, is seeking a sole-source procurement of an AdaCore compiler. The justification for sole-source procurement is based on compatibility requirements with existing systems, patent/copyright/proprietary data restrictions, and the urgency of upgrading the compiler to maintain system functionality. The compiler is essential for compiling Ada code used in the fleet's software system. The current compiler is outdated and unsupported. The procurement includes options and is valued over a certain threshold. AdaCore is the sole supplier and has no authorized resellers for requirements with options.

The US Coast Guard is requesting quotations for **** bolts and **** nuts. The closing date for quotes is April 4, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR **** with their quote, valid DUNS numbers, SAM registration, and TIN. The government intends to award on an all or none basis to a responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the government. Award will be lowest price technically acceptable. Only Fastenal Company and/or their authorized distributors are believed to be able to provide the required items. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide this item are invited to submit complete information within two calendar days of the notice posting. The data must include sufficient detail to allow the Coast Guard to evaluate the proposal relative to the requirements. The information submitted must include a letter from the OEM verifying the offeror is an authorized distributor, and verifying the OEM will supply genuine OEM parts.
