This is a one-time purchase for the Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC), Northwest Correctional Complex (NWCX), to provide all material, labor, and equipment necessary to install new doors, frames, and hardware for twelve (12) single exterior door openings and three (3) double exterior door openings. Installation must be performed in accordance with recommended procedures of the manufacturer and shall reflect a high standard of professional quality, adhering to all applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and established professional practices. Bids over $25,000 requiring a contractor's license must provide the contractor's and any subcontractors' Tennessee State Contractor License number, applicable license classifications, and license expiration date. Bids must strictly comply with Tenn. Code Ann. 62-6-119. The bid offer expiration date is requested in days from the bid opening date. The contract administrators name, address, and phone number, as well as the respondent's toll-free phone number, pager/cell number, and email address, are requested. The respondent's website is also requested. The respondent affirms that all submitted information and documentation will become the property of the state of Tennessee and that the information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading. Suppliers agree to immediately submit any future data changes electronically through the state's supplier portal or by mail. No person shall be excluded from participation or denied benefits based on handicap, disability, age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, creed, or any other classification protected by law.
