The Turnpike Authority will prequalify firms and joint ventures, requiring them to demonstrate at a minimum: experience constructing projects of similar size, scope and complexity; experience constructing cable-stayed bridges; ability to meet project financial, bonding and insurance requirements; and key personnel experienced with the type of work, including but not limited to project executive, project manager, lead superintendent, safety manager, and erection engineers, etc. All such key personnel shall have a valid New Jersey Professional Engineer P. E. license at the time of prequalification and other requirements as determined by the Turnpike Authority.
