Sealed bids are requested for the Huntington Collection Center Fence Project. The project involves labor for constructing approximately one mile of field fence with braces and gates, and removal of the old fence including clearing of right-of-ways. Putnam County Solid Waste Department will supply all materials except staples, which the contractor must provide. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 13, 2026. Bids are due by August 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Award will be based on the lowest and best proposal meeting specifications. Contractors must be qualified and licensed.

Bidders must have successfully constructed at least two similar projects as a prime or subcontractor, been in business for at least three years under the same company name for a minimum of two years, and be properly licensed.
