This is a request for quote (RFQ) for the procurement of cameras and accessories. The procurement is a total small business set-aside and will be a single-award firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order. Contractors must provide a firm-fixed-price (FFP) quote and complete FAR clauses. Required delivery date is 60 days. Shipping is FOB destination to Huntsville, AL. Award will be made using the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process. All questions must be submitted in writing by 12:00 PM EST on September 10, 2025, and all quotes are due on September 11, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST.

Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. Offer due date is 20 Aug 2025, 12:00 PM local time. The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses. Delivery is FOB destination. Offers must include technical description, warranty terms, price, and discount terms. Offers must be submitted to the office specified in the solicitation. The government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. The government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest. The government may accept any item or group of items of an offer, unless the offeror qualifies the offer by specific limitations. The government reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity offered, at the unit prices offered, unless the offeror specifies otherwise in the offer. Product samples shall be submitted at or prior to the time specified for receipt of offers. Offerors are encouraged to submit multiple offers presenting alternative terms and conditions. Late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers will not be considered unless certain conditions are met. The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The contractor shall ensure a payment request includes documentation appropriate to the type of payment request in accordance with the payment clause, contract financing clause, or FAR ****, allowable cost and payment, as applicable.
