This is a sources sought synopsis for the modernization of one-person life rafts by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. Interested parties are requested to provide feedback on the attached system requirements document (SRD), including their ability to meet the requirements, anticipated schedule for product availability, and cost estimates. Responses must include company information, NAICS code, small business status, and a rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost estimate per life raft for **** production units and 30 test units. Responses are due by 12:00 PM EST on July 30, 2025. All submissions become government property and will not be returned.

The Texas General Land Office (GLO) is seeking proposals for derelict vessel removal services along the Texas Gulf Coast. The deadline for submission is July 22, 2025, at 2:00 PM CT. Respondents must check the electronic state business daily (ESBD) website (www. ***. *. *) under agency code 305 for any addenda. The solicitation response must be submitted as a single PDF file, including required exhibits (Affirmations and Solicitation Acceptance, Hub Subcontracting Plan, Cost Proposal Form, etc. ). The response must follow the order specified in the submission checklist. Proposals are recommended not to exceed 25 pages in length. Evaluation criteria include cost, experience, personnel, methodology, schedule, safety record, and responsiveness. The GLO reserves the right to conduct clarification discussions and/or accept best and final offers (BAFOs). The contract will be effective as of the date executed and terminate on October 31, 2026. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for enclosed boat storage space. The lease is for 24 months, starting July 1, 2025, and located in Nacogdoches, Texas. Bidders must choose between Option A (one large space) or Option B (three smaller spaces). The bid is due June 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM CST. The bid must be submitted to the address provided. The evaluation criteria include best value, lowest price, qualifications, experience, delivery schedule, past performance, and location. The lease will include a secure gated facility with 24/7 accessibility, surveillance cameras, and adequate lighting. The lessor is responsible for monthly electric and water utility bills, maintaining the lockable doors, and responding to emergency issues within two hours and non-emergency issues within the next business day. The lessor must also maintain specific insurance coverage and provide certificates of insurance within ten days of contract award. The lease may be renewed for three additional one-year periods by mutual agreement. Payment is made in advance at the beginning of each month. September payments will be made during the middle of the month due to Texas Comptroller processes. The state reserves the right to award the contract based on low line item bid, low total of line items, or any other combination that will serve the best interest of the state and to reject any and all bid items in the sole discretion of the state.
