The contractor shall fully complete all work no later than August 31, 2026, according to the bid notice.

Unless otherwise agreed, the district will pay properly submitted vendor invoices within forty-five 45 days of receipt of goods or services, or combination of both. Payment will not be made until goods or services are delivered, installed if required, and accepted as specified.

The length, time, and conditions of warranty must be attached to or stated in the proposal document. The seller andor manufacturer warrants that the goods sold hereunder will be merchantable quality, will conform to applicable specifications, and will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will be fit for the particular purpose intended.

The district will award the rfp to the most responsive and responsible proposers whose proposal is the most advantageous to the district. In determining the most advantageous proposal, consideration will be given not only to the financial standing but also to the general competency of the proposer for the performance of the services.

The evaluation committee will assign points in the evaluation and recommendation process in accordance with the evaluation criteria. After initial screening, the evaluation committee may shortlist, for further evaluation, those proposers deemed most qualified based on a review of the proposals.

Site walks will not be needed or required for this rfp.

A proposer may protest the bidding process for the project only by filing a written protest with the districts director of purchasing, paul lopez, in accordance with the procedures set forth in this section. The district will not consider any verbal protests e. g. , by telephone or any protests sent by electronic mail.
