Accelerated delivery is encouraged and accepted before the delivery date(s) listed in the schedule. The resultant contractual delivery requirement is measured from asset return to the date of asset acceptance.

Payment instructions are provided via Wide Area Workflow. All freight is FOB origin.

Offerors consideration for award of contract shall be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item. Proof of being an authorized distributor shall be provided on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official and sent with your offer.

Any asset for which the contractor does not meet the required RTAT will incur a price reduction per unit per month the contractor is late. Price reductions shall not limit other remedies available to the government.

Failure to meet the required RTAT can result in price reductions and may limit other remedies available to the government, including termination for default.

If you desire to be considered as a potential source for award of this contract, proof of being an authorized distributor shall be provided on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official and sent with your offer to the procurement contracting officer.

Any asset for which the contractor does not meet the required RTAT will incur a price reduction per unit per month the contractor is late. Price reductions made pursuant to this section shall not limit other remedies available to the government for failure to meet required RTATs, including but not limited to the governments right to terminate for default.

The warranty period is one year from date of delivery.

Evaluation for the award of the proposed requirement will be based upon the lowest aggregate total price submitted for the total quantity, inclusive of the option provision.

Offerors must provide proof of being an authorized distributor on company letterhead, signed by a responsible company official, if they are not the original end manufacturer.

Any asset for which the contractor does not meet the required RTAT will incur a price reduction of xxxx per unit. This adjustment will be implemented via a reduction modification at the end of contract performance.

Award evaluations will be made using the lowest price technically acceptable LPTA criteria per DFARS **** 70 a 1 i.

If nothing is indicated or received regarding exceptions, award will be based upon solicitation requirements. Changes or requests for changes after award will have consideration costs deducted on modifications.
