The US Coast Guard (USCG) requires the replacement of their current engine room fire fighting system with a Marioff Hifog MAU150 water mist fire suppression system. The contractor is responsible for the installation, including piping for potable water supply, and removal of the existing CO2 system. The project must be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of award. The primary place of performance is at the CGC Axe home port in Morgan City, LA. Contractor employees will generally work between **** and **** EST, Monday through Friday, except federal holidays. Daily progress reports are required, including a summary of work performed, technical progress, schedule status, and hazardous work conditions. All written reports must be in electronic format. Government furnished resources are listed in section 1. 2. The contractor must furnish all materials, equipment, and services necessary to fulfill the requirements of this contract, except for the government furnished resources. The Epo will inspect deliverables prior to acceptance and provide the contractor with an email that provides documented reasons for non-acceptance. If the deliverable is acceptable, the Epo will send an email to the contractor notifying it that the deliverable has been accepted. The contractor shall provide a trip report once the project is completed.

The contractor must remove the existing CO2 system and install the new water mist system according to provided drawings (CG dwgs). The contractor must provide an OEM authorized licensed tech rep for the Marioff system, who will perform system consultation, testing, and certification. The contractor must also provide training for ship personnel on the new system.

Bid proposals must include a detailed description of the vehicle being proposed and total cost for a delivered vehicle. Estimated day of delivery should also be included within the bid package. All bid proposals must be submitted to the Franklin County Commissioners by August 1, 2025, no later than 3:30 PM. Franklin County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any bid.

The Navajo Nation Division of Transportation is soliciting proposals for the construction of an **** roadway project on N55 from MP **** to MP **** in Socorro County, NM. A mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for June 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM MDST. Proposals must be submitted by July 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM MDST. The Navajo Nation Business Opportunity Act and Navajo Preference Act apply. Detailed information on the project scope, requirements, and evaluation criteria is available in the RFP. The bid schedule is included in a separate sealed envelope. The RFP includes requirements for bonding, insurance, and project experience. The successful respondent will be selected by a review panel. The tender is for roadway and parking striping services in Rocky Mountain National Park. The period of performance is 90 days from notice to proceed, with on-site work to be completed in 30 consecutive work days between July 14th and October 24th, 2025. The contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, labor, and materials, quality control, safety, traffic control, and superintendence. Specific requirements include adherence to MUTCD standards, compliance with federal highway project specifications, pre-installation meetings, site verification, no work on Fridays, weekends, or holidays, equipment cleaning, materials storage, damage restoration, hauling restrictions, safety precautions, submittals (including previous examples, manufacturer information, MSDS), construction schedule, liability insurance, accident prevention plan, traffic control plan, warning devices, housekeeping, disposal, air and water pollution control, fire prevention, care of property, and final cleanup. Materials must meet specific standards (paint, glass beads). The government will provide stencils. There are site access restrictions, and work will be required in parking areas while occupied by park visitors. The contractor must coordinate with the contracting officer for approvals and inspections.
